This really is a stunning condo and a cut above.
Luxuriously Furnished by one of Orlando’s top vacation designers to a very high standard, this resort home has a stone kitchen and all-tile floors except the luxury King Bed Suite and Queen bedrooms – it is decadence after all!
Resort Pool and Water Resort / Park, all less than 15 Minutes to Disney's Magic Kingdom.
A short hop to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orange County Convention Center, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Premium Outlets, Restaurants and Dining.
The community pool and facilities are as good as it gets in Orlando, Gym, heated pools, kids splash pad and play areas, heated lazy river and almost anything else you might want in Orlando.
This condo is an ideal base for 2 couples or perhaps a family with children who don’t mind sharing.
A couple's retreat in a premium space and the resort is often used by travelers looking to visit the nearby convention Center whilst having the space and feel of a luxury resort home.
Being on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the space is easily accessible and is a great choice. You can walk to either of the resort pools. One is just 30 seconds walk from the building and the second main resort area is a short walk across the resort bridges. BUT if you fancy a bit more Florida fun then the resort Golf Cart Experience is an option for you too – at no charge we can organize for you to be collected form your door and driven to the resort between 9AM and 9PM daily! It’s fun having a chauffeur - Florida style!

Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories.
World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando.
Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter-tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.
Noteworthy but not exhaustive:-
Entrance to Storey lake is secured by gate and guardhouse.
The Hideaway - Clubhouse:
There are no fees for clubhouse usage (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?
Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!
What are the pool hours?
The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?
Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home at any time and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM
ID is required to access the community.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' within 24 hours of placing the booking as well as confirming the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property. A signed rental agreement must be completed before access is granted. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’)
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

We loved going to Kissimmee Old Town, which was a super short taxi ride and spending our quiet days around the shared pool. The pool area was great vibes with music all day, and loads for children to do. The apartment itself was spacious, and my son and husband played on the ping pong table every single day. The beds were huge and comfy too! We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florida!

by TashaunaMy family and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway to Disney, and we absolutely loved it! Oli was fantastic with communication! -From the moment we booked until we checked out. Directions were clear, and check-in was super easy.
The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the water park access! It’s only a short 2-minute or less walk from the property! -You can even see the water park and lake right from the patio! The water park itself had a lazy river, water slide, pool, drinks, and food. You can rent cabanas, but there are also free tables and chairs if you just want to relax by the pool like we did.
Disney was only about 10–15 minutes away, which made it super convenient. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! This was perfect for winding down after a busy day. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping spots nearby.
We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very clean. Loved the lazy river. Worth the price of what we paid. Oli clearly states what is provided in the apartment but there are many stores in the area. We would return.
