The Hideaway - Clubhouse:



There are no fees for clubhouse usage ( which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).



Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Are the pools heated year round?



Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round!







What are the pool hours?



The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.







What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides?



Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.







Are there activities at the Resort?



Yes and the activities change monthly!







Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?



Yes, mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.







What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?



They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.







What time does the Clubhouse open/close?



9 am – 9 pm daily.







What time does the Fitness Center open/close?



5 am – 12 am daily.









The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.



ID is required to access the community.



Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’)

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Absolutely loved my stay here!!

Absolutely loved my stay here!! Oli was very responsive whenever I needed anything which was very rare as everything was so perfect! Me and my friend went to the theme parks everyday, very close to Disney and cheap Ubers to and from there and universal also. Place was spotless and felt right at home. Highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Beautiful views from balcony, scenery gorgeous. Have no complaints,  thank you Oli!! We will miss staying here.

Great Villa! Kids liked the themed bedrooms!

Great villa, good company to use, had no issues, good price, would use again. For the price this place was great. It was about a 30minutes ride to the parks and we didn’t have much issues with traffic. The local area is nice. While looking online at many villas, this one looked nicer decor to our taste than others. Kids liked the themed bedrooms.

Loved my stay here so much!

Loved my stay here so much, I wanted to extend it. The amenity center was great with the lazy river and pool. There was no additional fee for using it open until 9pm. The patio view was great and you could really see the Disney fireworks. The bedrooms also offered lots of privacy and space being on two different ends of the unit. They also didn't require any pre-cleaning to prep for the cleaners, even though we always still do the basics. I will definitely book this stay again.
