You may want to venture out however as Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee, is one of the newest Resort Communities, with magnificent resort facilities available and included for you in your stay – no resort fees with Shine VIllas ever!
An upscale Luxury Gated Vacation Resort Community, the amenities are extraordinary. A 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes a fitness center, Lazy River. Resort-style pool complete with a Winding Water Slide and Tiki Bar that serves drinks and has a poolside dining menu!
If theme parks are your thing then you couldn’t be better located. 8 Miles to the Disney Gates and you can spend the day with Mickey and friends!

Premium Kitchen and bathrooms, with stone surfaces, merge seamlessly into communal spaces in gorgeous vacation home. In addition to the grand space downstairs, there is the ‘Cine Loft’ area upstairs where a large screen TV sits in front of a very large sectional couch meaning everyone can get together.
Spectrum Cable included with every TV, in every bedroom as well as the grand room on the ground floor and the ‘Cine Haven’ loft area upstairs!
Bedroom Configuration
Ground Floor (1st floor)
1. Large King Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom including shower, separate tub and door to the pool and deck. Sleeps 2
Upstairs (2nd floor)
2. King Bedroom Master Suite with and en-suite bathroom including walk in shower. Sleeps 2
3. ‘Stripes’ Queen Room. Sleeps 2
4. ‘Green Room’. Queen Bedroom Room Sleeps 2
Rooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with shower over tub.
5. ‘Jurassic’: twin over full bunk Sleeps up to 3
6. ‘Hogwarts’ bedroom: twin over full bunk Sleeps up to 3
Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a bathroom with double sink and large walk in shower.
No resort fees with us! Free access to the resort facilities! Shine Villas never charge resort fees! What you see is what you pay – no fees on arrival.
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
A serviced and cleaned Grill with a full propane tank (with free refills) may be rented from a local supplier at a reasonable cost which we can organize for you. . Please ask for more information about grill options.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $175 for the first 5 days +tax and $35 +tax for each additional day after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment and is usually required to be on for the duration of your stay. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
As a part of our commitment to the tranquility of the community and to prevent unauthorized party / use of the home, the primary booker must usually be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year old’s or those living in the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!
ID is required to access the gated community and facilities.
Primary guests are required to provide identification after online booking in the form of an ID selfie, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method, including that they are in possession of the payment card where bookings are made online, as well as completing a signed rental agreement. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Spacious and Big!
by RachelThe entire home is spacious and big. We had a couples retreat of 5 couples and we all enjoyed the pool, the kitchen, the pin ball machine and we watched college football games and had a blasts. You will not be disappointed if vacationing at this home beautiful and spacious.
