This 5 bedroom resort home on the exclusive, gated resort of Solterra includes a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer.
Chill out by the pool or relax a bit with a movie. Enough space to sleep 11 people, this home has something for everyone!

Downstairs (floor 1)
Bedroom 1. ‘Sahara’ Queen Bedroom with adjacent bathroom with large walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
Upstairs (floor 2)
Bedroom 2. ‘Beachy Head’ King Master Suite with en—Suite private bathroom with large walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3. ‘The Green Room’ Queen Bedroom Suite with en-Suite private bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 4. ‘Princess’ 2 x Twin Beds with adjacent shared bathroom with shower over bathtub. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 5. ‘The Force’ Twin Bunk over Double/Full size bed with adjacent shared bathroom with shower over tub. Sleeps up to 3.
Price Pool and Sun Deck outside.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options and charges.

*Please note that from September 01, 2023, Solterra Resort has introduced a new access fee for guests who may wish to make use of the community facilities and pool area.
The use of the facilities is optional and so the charge is only applicable for groups who wish to make use of the facilities at the resort center. The fee, paid on site to the resort center directly is a one-time $35 total for groups of 1-12 guests or $45 total where 13+ guests are staying. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is paid on site to the resort itself. The charge is applied by the resort, on-site to any guests staying at any home booked at Solterra resort however booked but only where a group wishes to use the resort area.
Of course, in such a well-appointed home, with a private pool, loungers, shaded lanai, and space for all the family, the choice of going to the resort center is entirely yours. Either way we know you will have a fabulous stay at our home in Solterra resort and look forward to your stay!
The home has WIFI internet throughout and private on drive parking
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise. For the first night we supply toilet paper and resort style shampoo / soap, washing liquid and kitchen paper. The nearest grocery store is 5 minutes away to help you restock for the rest of your stay.

Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, large gas range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
You can also enjoy alfresco dining with the view of the pool or lounge by the pool under the shaded lanai.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Verification of payment card is also required where applicable. Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. Our 25 years or older primary guest policy supports our no party and ‘good neighbor’ policies. We do welcome everyone where we can and family groups of all ages 0 -110(!), are always extremely welcome.
Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

Everything was clean and beautiful!
by IngridThis location was delightful, peaceful, and friendly. Upon arrival, the instructions to get inside were clear and understandable. We encountered some security issues as our names were not on the guest list. The host had not sent the list to the clubhouse, so we had to go there to add our names for the guest passes. Also, we encountered people who would take the AIRBNB parking spots, but the neighbors were friendly enough to move their vehicles. Inside the house, everything was clean and beautiful. The items that didn't work were sent to the host, and she thanked us for doing so. The host and I had excellent communication; she always responded promptly to any questions, making us feel valued. Unfortunately, I had to evacuate mid-booking due to the approaching Hurricane Milton. I communicated my concern to our host, and she was understanding. Despite this, we had a fantastic time in this house, and I recommend it for future bookers.

The resort itself is fantastic for families with children, offering a safe and enjoyable environment. We especially appreciated the fence around the pool, which provided extra peace of mind for our little ones, though it wasn’t mentioned in the description. The host was very understanding and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, this was a great place for our family, and we highly recommend it!

Best Decision!
by KabuloI came in Orlando for a full week with my family and we chose to stay at Oli’s place, and I have to mention that it was the best decision that we took because we were well located, near to Disney World and we were surrounded by plenty of stores, restaurants, markets and so on in the neighborhood.
Staying at Oli’s place was very safe and comfortable. The house looks exactly like it was described in the pictures, a very clean place with all the amenities that we could ask for, the pool was the ice on the cake. Oli was easy to reach out, so cooperative and responsive when we needed anything.
I’ve been coming in Orlando plenty of times, and if I have to go back again, it will be at Oli’s place without even thinking twice.
